Express Martini
Our twist on the classic Espresso Martini is the perfect winter Cocktail, warming you up and keeping you full of energy for the whole party. We’ve added an almond flavour with amaretto and swapped the Grey Goose Vodka for Havana Club 7 Rum.
Ingredients
- Havana 7 Rum
- Coffee Liqueur
- Amaretto (almond liqueur)
- Freshly brewed espresso Coffee
Shaken over ice.
Tokyo Old Fashioned
A classic cocktail for the ages, an Old Fashioned is a double shot of whiskey with sugar and bitters stirred in over a few minutes and garnished with an orange slice. This twist uses Cherry, Walnut and Chocolate bitters to blend with the orange, cinnamon & clove notes in the Japanese whiskey, Nikka ‘From the Barrel’.

- Sugar
- Cherry, Walnut & Chocolate Bitters
Stirred with ice.
Masala Chai Lassi
At Itihaas, we blend our own Lassi fresh behind the bar, blending various flavours with yoghurt to create a smooth Indian classic. With this iteration, we combine the warming spices of masala chai (anise, cinnamon, clove, garum, and so on) to create a chilled, chai-flavoured Lassi.

- Masala chai spices
Moscow Mule
A classic, and a favourite for warming you up on a cold winter’s night: Vodka, Ginger, lime. The Moscow Mule is a perfect Christmas cocktail
